Sight flow Indicators SFI Model A- Sight Flow Indicator
The Model A Safe Site is an in-line (See-Thru) type that is used in existing or new piping to observe material flow through a line. This unit employs standard ANSI B16.5 (2″ to 8″) flange ends to specified face-to-face dimensions and can be supplied with indicators such as drip tubes, rotors or flappers. The Model A Safe Site can be manufactured to meet your pressure and temperature requirements, and different materials of construction are available to meet your process needs. Other connections are available upon request, including stub-end with lap joint flanges, butt-weld, threaded, or sanitary. These units can be adapted to meet smaller or larger-size flange connections if necessary.

The Teflon Lined Safesite utilizes two Model A Flanges units with Teflon inserts or seals (depending on pressure) that are bolted to a Teflon® Lined Cross. The Teflon® Lined unit employs standard 150 psi ANSI B16.5 (1 1/2″ thru 8″) flanged end connections. All wetted parts of the unit are made of Teflon®. The Teflon® Lined unit is rated for temperatures up to 450ºF. Please refer to the Model I Flange with Teflon® insert or Model L Flange for more information about the sight glass components.

The Full-View Sight Flow Indicator is an in-line (See- Thru) type that is used to provide 360-degree viewing of material flow through a line. The Full-View unit is available flanged from 1/2″ to 6″ sizes, NPT pipe thread 1/8″ to 2″ sizes or sanitary 3/4″ to 6″ sizes. The Full-View Indicator can be supplied with a protective tubing of acrylic plastic, lexan or stainless steel depending on the temperature requirements. Face-to-face dimensions listed are standard; other face-to-face dimensions may be specified.

Stainless Steel Bodied sight flow indicator with a PTFE ball that becomes clearly visible in the glass dome whilst there is flow of liquids or gases. Detecting changes in the condition and colour of liquids during the process.
